Participant in our training & development program will be responsible for
undertaking any tasks assigned by their supervisor within the particular
training department. Participant will undertake on the job training shadowing
front desk agent, guest service associate, reservations agent, PBX clerk, sales
coordinator and administrative assistant on a constant and well-balanced
rotation basis. On hand training in all of these departments will help them
achieve their objectives of learning American way of Hospitality and entire
operational side of a full service hotel
