Hospitality Manager
Beyond Management Group, Inc. is seeking Hospitality Managers, duties will include but not limited to:
- Content management of all electronic and digital media. Train and manage international participants who are currently enrolled in the various programs.
- Develop training competencies, training plans for distinct programs.
- Schedule employees, observe performance and conduct reviews and evaluation with assistance from International Recruitment Manager.
- Act as a liaison between fresh graduates and their universities; evaluating the applicants’ profiles and determining whether they will qualify for any of the company’s various programs.
- Plan, organize and manage events by working with company’s event management division.
- Make budgetary recommendations, as well as provide marketing and cost analysis through reports, for various ongoing projects and initiatives.
Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Hospitality Management, Financial management or related.
